Nomathemba Xolile Dlamini
Nomathemba has been with Baylor College of Medicine from 2016 to present working under the TB department. She started as an intern (2015) from university where she studied Public Relations. In 2016, She joined the clinic as a research assistant and acquired her HTS certificate. In 2018, she was appointed a TB data officer after obtaining a certificate in IT. Her role was to help in data quality assurance and cleaning and assist in providing database input. In 2020, she was promoted to TB Program Coordinator which is her current role. She is interested in seeing fewer TB cases and deaths in the near future and learning more about TB and HIV prevention.
